DUSH:
Practicalities

Eat and Sleep
There is nothing here, you will have to arrange for both at either Paris or Kharga (the best).

Transportation
There are no sorts of public transport going out here. But there is an occasional car going between Paris and the village of Dush. This is good if you make a deal for a round trip in Paris. Do not get stranded out at Dush. You might not even be allowed, as it seems to be a system of having appointing a solder to follow every visitor right after your arrival in town.
You get to Paris by bus from Kharga, but the fastest way of travelling is to arrange everything from Kharga.

Going Next
125 km north: Kharga
30 km west: Paris
