SAQQARA:
1st and 3rd Dynasty Tombs
The 3rd Dynasty tombs to the east of the Mastaba of Ti are still unexcavated. There is therefore a good chance of treasuries lying under the dull moulds. It is believed that this is the most likely burial ground of Imhotep, the architect of Zoser's step pyramid who would later be transformed into deity.
