Nothing, but camping should be safe. You could do this almost anywhere.
Restaurants and alternatives
Nothing. There is not even a café in Argana, which is most surprising considering that this is almost a small town.
Change money
Nothing. You will have to do this in Agadir, 90 km south or Chichaoua 100 km north.
Transportation
You will have to take a bus which passes Argana on the main road, and then walk the rest (approximately 4 km). Getting back on the bus should be possible, but they are often full. Your own transportation is therefore a tremendous time-saver.
