 It is not very impressive, but the setting is beautiful, situated close to the sea, with the ruins dropping into the sea. The ruins date back almost 1000 years, but were rebuilt by the Spanish in the 16th century. Around the fortress you will be able to locate a few remains of the original Roman fortress, including some Roman mosaics.
